The Programs tab: a student's list of schools beside one school's card

From a list of schools to a plan you can practice.

What each school asks
Prescreens and live auditions, each with their own dates, in the school's own words. Every card says when we last read the source page and links to it.
A program card: deadlines, the audition requirements in the school's words, trial lesson and outreach
The Repertoire tab, By Song: 23 audition slots covered by 10 pieces
One repertoire for all of them
We analyze every saved school's requirements and help you choose the smallest set of pieces that satisfies them all, then create a prioritized repertoire to maximize prep time efficiency.
Hear it. Find the music. Track your readiness.
Listen to unfamiliar tracks and find direct access to sheet music. Flag any difficult pieces to your teacher for help. Update the status of preparedness for each piece as you go,  from not started, to ready, to recorded.
A song card's Listen on YouTube, Sheet music and Flag this for your teacher links
The readiness menu on a song: Not started, Started working on it, Know the song working on it, Almost done, Ready, Recorded
The Home tab's Next Steps card
Nothing slips
Your Home tab dashboard keeps you on track with next steps and reminders before each date. Share the plan with a parent or teacher; they can flag a question back to you.
Why not just ask a chatbot?

Because we've already done the hard work.

Hundreds of programs publish thousands of different  requirements, in their own words, on their own pages — and change them regularly. We analyze each one, transcribe each page to ensure verbatim requirements are gathered, time stamp each report, and sweep them regularly for changes. A chatbot can give topline, and sometimes wrong or out of date, answers that often exclude crucial details.

A TYPICAL TOPLINE ANSWER
"Prepare an up-tempo jazz standard."
What a School Page Says
"One selection of your choosing from the traditional swing or jazz standard repertoire — up-tempo (swing 190 bpm to 220 bpm) — 3 choruses minimum — first chorus primarily as written — second chorus with a text-based or scat-based solo — third chorus head out, with ending of your choice."
